Nei prezzi del pernottamento sono compresi biancheria da letto e da bagno con cambio settimanale, utenze luce e acqua, rete wi-fi. Il riscaldamento invernale ed autunnale ha un costo di Euro 10,00 al giorno.
Ogni persona soggiornante in più ha un costo aggiuntivo pari alla metà del prezzo base per notte. I prezzi per eventuali feste vanno concordati volta per volta con l’host.
Nei prezzi è compreso l’utilizzo esclusivo del giardino e della piscina, sono escluse le spese di pulizia che sono di Euro 40,00 per ogni soggiorno.
Nella struttura si accettano anche gli animali di taglia media e per questi è prevista una maggiorazione del prezzo per le pulizie di Euro 20,00 oltre le pulizie di base.
Overnight rates include bed linen and towels with weekly change, electricity and water utilities, and Wi‑Fi. Winter and autumn heating has an additional cost of €10.00 per day.
Each extra guest has an additional cost equal to half of the base nightly rate. Prices for any events or parties must be agreed with the host on a case‑by‑case basis.
The prices include exclusive use of the garden and the swimming pool; cleaning fees are not included and amount to €40.00 per stay.
Medium‑sized pets are also accepted; for them, an additional cleaning fee of €20.00 applies, on top of the standard cleaning cost.
Im Übernachtungspreis sind Bettwäsche und Handtücher mit wöchentlichem Wechsel, Strom- und Wasserkosten sowie WLAN enthalten. Die Heizkosten im Winter und Herbst betragen zusätzlich 10,00 € pro Tag.
Für jede weitere übernachtende Person fällt ein Aufpreis in Höhe der Hälfte des Basispreises pro Nacht an. Preise für eventuelle Feiern werden jeweils individuell mit dem Host vereinbart.
Im Preis inbegriffen sind die exklusive Nutzung des Gartens und des Pools; die Reinigungskosten sind nicht enthalten und betragen 40,00 € pro Aufenthalt.
Mittelgroße Haustiere sind ebenfalls willkommen; für sie wird ein zusätzlicher Reinigungszuschlag von 20,00 € erhoben, zusätzlich zur regulären Reinigungspauschale.
